Problems creating new civs

i have a problem. whenever i make a new civ during a random turn in the game the game crashes. i have looked in every forum and cannot seem to find any reasons why this is happening. if anyone has any info that could help i would greatly appreciate it

How you are making your new civ?

Do you mean that you’ve read the many reasons listed in this forum and none of them apply to you, or you haven’t found any posts about it?

i am creting the civ with the copy tool and then editing it in the .bic file

what i ment was that none of the solutions that i found in forums worked
