Problems getting the patch to work

When I try to install it my computer says, "The contents of this file can not be unpacked. The excecutable file you are attempting to run had been corrupted. Obtain another copy of the file, verify its integrity, and try again."

Does anyone know how to fix this and install the patch (took long to download it twice)?

You might try a different program to unzip it with. Otherwise, start downloading.

I have been trying it with winzip.
