I have a problem in that when I try to start the mod after installing it. It refuses to load from either within BTS (via advanced->load mod) or from the shortcut I am running Win7 64 Home Premium and normal BTS appears to work fine and so do the mods that come with the game. Patch 3.19 is installed and I used the installer that is in the first post of the bug thread so it should work but it is not.
