production transferring

hey, I'm a guy that programs civilizations for fun and profit. I have two published, and for my third I'm thinking of adding a unique project that can only be worked on by one civilization in which every city can contribute production. I'm really sure that I'll be needing to use processes for most of this, but where do I start?
