Other than that caveat, love the concept especially regarding slave Master tree.

The whole concept of "Promotion Overhaul" is much bigger than those few Promotions I had named above ...
It is also strongly tied into "Combat Overhaul" / "Military Overhaul" / "Naval Overhaul" / "XP System Overhaul" / "War of Independence Overhaul" / "Morale System" / ...

And that is actually the problem ... it is quite a massive and complex concept and about 80% of those Promotions depend on other Overhauls beig implemented first.
But small parts of it like e.g. those few Promotions I had named above can be implemented independently of the rest.
