This proposition hasn't been forwarded here by me ,hence this thread.
As we have seen before ,gouvermental transition can be a time of relative instabilety at this moment.
I think it is very important for a gouverment to bring over it's recent experience's and working methode's to a new gouverment taking over ,also it is important for a previous administration to atleast hold an extra poll querry ready for the new administration for every gouvermental level ,therefor providing enough information at hand for the next president to play a following numeber's of turn's.

Therefore we should define how gouvermetal transition could go at its best ,for every aspect that it include's.That mean's the current administration must consolidate that stabilety in a clear set of instruction guideline's in how to prepare and execute gouvermental transition's.

Further elaboration on discussion.

I was expecting to have one more set of turns then all the polls would be created. By the time everyone has voted we should be at the end of the month where the elections could be carried out. Therefore the next president could play the next turns straight away.

I think the elctions should be set into a time table as well where we have 2 days for nominations, three for voting and then two days before the next turns are made. After the first moves are made by the next president, we wait 30 days until re electin instead of at the end of each month. THis should lead to turns being made faster because each offical will be in power for slightly longer.
