No, there aren't any plans currently to port PTW. There were a few misunderstandings that caused belief that there was one in the works, but, like I said, these turned out to be false.

But do we need PTW?
With the Patch 1.29b2 from Brad (Brad fpr president
) you can play Gotm, with is PTW in most way.
If you miss Multiplayer: There will be never a chance for MAC's to play against Win-PC's. It's to expensive. The problem is the Win-only parts in the Multiplayer code.
If you want challange, play Gotm. Is much more interessting than Multiplayer.

I gess the only reason I wanted PTW was for the editor and (so far) there giving that away for free. So that makes it so we can DL civ's, mode's and teck's for free. So why should we buy PTW or any Expansin in the first place?
I spose it's for the multiplayer. But I would not spend 18$.

Phydeaux, I think we can forget PTW. But Conquests is another deal entirely. My dumb money is on us getting Conquests and a workable Editor by the end of 2004.
Otherwise, I'll go off and play NOLF forever ...
(Well, I'll probably stick to GOTM + EU2 + AoM, when it's released down under)
