PTW scenarios in conquests

All,

Quick but niggling question. I installed Civ III - PTW - Conquests, and fancied an industrial start game, but I'm only getting the PTW civs and extras.

I'm sure this has been asked/dealt with before but I couldn't find anything on these forums about this despite several searches. Can anyone help with either a new scenario or how to mod the existing one?

Do you mean that you do not see Conquest start on the menu? You should have an Atari folder and an Infrograme one. You can launch Civ3, PTW or C3C from them.

Sorry vxma, didn't make myself clear. The game runs fine in conquests, and I can play normally.

However, I want to play the insdustrial start scenario (normal map, selection just starts in industrial). When I do, the game setup only has the civs and abilities found in PTW, despite the fact I'm running conquests. My question is, how do I get conquests content in the [PTW] industrial start scenario?

I think that you can access the conquest civs if you open the scenario in conquest editor and then go to the rules menu and enable the additional civs. Then you save the scenario as .biq file in conquest civ content directory or you can open a new empty .biq file and import the rules of the scenario to there and then save. If you don't do that the game will play the scenario with a strange mix of c3c and ptw rules: ptw units and techs, combat and corruption system from conquest and traits from whatever the cmputer is in the mood that moment. I did the resaving in every ptw content I wanted to play and it worked in the end.
