PTW win conditions

Currently I'm playing a gotm in PTW and what I noticed is that there are no listed victory conditions! Would I win if I eliminated all AI's?

You noticed this where, using CAII? Is the game already won? If not then you have two sure conditions, hist at 2050 and eliminate all.

I wasn't using civ assist 2 but on c3c, there is a tab at the bottom right where you click to see victory status. In PTW, this tab is missing! I can see score but not the culture total, the space race, etc...

It is not missing, it was only implemented in C3C. Just load the save with CAII and you can see the conditions that were enabled.

That screen simply does not exist in Play The World. It was added into Conquests.
