Python Problem

Picture's worth a thousand words. For about a month now I had to play Vanilla while trying to fix this. Can you guys help?

Have you made any changes to any Python code?

Are you running a new mod?

Did you install a new mod?

Not that I know of.

No, I didn't play the game for a year or so.

You could try some things described in the "Fix it list" sticky thread of this forum.

Esp. "Clear the Game Cache" and "19. Debug Logging" (and then look at the logs in described location for clues).

I tired, didn't work. I can't get the logs to open up, if one is supposed to.

I got the same problem and these are what inside the init.log

[133.609] ERR: InitWinApp() failed, exiting
[133.671] ERR: CIV Init FAILED, exiting

Tried to reinstall couple times and the same problem still happens
