question about civ2 in a different language

Some parts of the game are in a different language than english. IS there some place I can download all the txt files that are in english? Only some of my txt files are in english and I want them all to be in english.

i was able to change the other files to english by getting some patches..
but those files didnt get changed...

Hey thanks, I was expecting to have to find which ones to give you from stuff like say..."I need the one with the advisor text to build marketplace" or something like that...Anyway, they are all in this .zip file
