I'm just thinking about ideas for transforming a fantasy ancient world of my own creation into a Warlords mod, and I would ideally like a 'culture' setup like this:
1) Instead of each civ constituting its own culture, each civ can have one of two cultures: Civilised or Barbarian.
2) All starting civs start with 'civilised' culture.
3) Barbarian culture applies to all barbarian units and also to civs spawned by barbarians (using the code from jdog5000's barbarian mod).
4) Certain buildings and units can only be built if you have over 50% of the right culture (barbarian or civilised).
5) Certain civilised buildings will be lost if a city's culture dips below 50% civilised.
Are any of these possible or am I just dreaming?
