Question about video card

i have a puter with video card NVIDIA GeGorce MX 440
can i play civ 4 with that one

It is possible to run Civ 4 with a GeForce MX 440, but it may only run at a playable speed on small or tiny maps. It also has a tendency to stick on the 'Done' screen when loading games. There are a couple of other threads in the general forums about GeForce MX 440 cards which might be worth looking at.
