Question on Custom Units

In a mutli-player game if you desgin a map with some of the custom units or buildings that are found here. Do the other players need them installed and have the text files as well. So far my intuition is telling me yes, they need them. So that's why I am here to confirm it or not. Overall I am not pleased with the gamespy network. I love doing maps as I did for Galactic battlegrounds. I figured since I am still trying to figure out to change my photo editor to adapt to 8bit files I would make maps.

If you want to play with custom units in multiplayer, all players MUST HAVE the same BIX file in their PTW scenarios directory and the same custom unit graphics in the correct place. PtW won't send these across if anyone is missing something. It will simply crash the game for whoever's missing something. (I know: I learned this the hard way.)
