Quick question-total realism

Do I need version 1.0 before I get 2.0, or 2.0 before 2.1.3 patch to 2.1 and where can I get 2.1 and...?
Okay, maybe not so quick.
Not usually big on gameplay mods, but "Total Realism" caught my attention.
So, my real question is, can I just download 2.1.3 without any previous versions?

unless the thread says otherwise, then yes you can download it as is without the previous versions

I believe mexico, one of the programmers, said the latest patch contains all previous patches.

This patch solve this annoying CTD bug (+ all previous patches + some minor improvements)

This was in the downloads database in the 2.1.3 file. You were right!
