Random Huts

I'm very thankful for the new map option that allows randomized lairs and unique improvements. But as far as I can tell goody huts and towers are not affected. Could we get an option to randomize those as well?

Towers are handled in the lairs section. I will add it for goody huts as well in a future version (i will break save games so i cant add it in a patch).
