Hey all...
As I've been using this for a while with no apparent problems, I decided to call it "complete" and post it here...
To use, simply unzip into your {"My Games\Civ 4" path}\Public Maps folder. It will show up in the picklist when you start a Custom Game.

By the by, Low has also created one that works rather well... Two different approaches, as mine is a modified Tilted_Axis, while his is not, so try them both out... Low's is found here:
