Re-Installing BtS files are corrupt...?

I uninstalled BtS because whenever I played a Scenario (with a mod, such as Charglemange, Next War etc.) the User Interface wouldn't show up at all. When reinstalling it gets to the 2cd disc then it says the cannot transfer a file because it is corrupt, and immediatly stops installing. Any help?

Well, the interface problem was most likely because you weren't on administrater. (might not be the case.) As for the corruption, all I can say is it might be scratched. This happened to me in civ 3. Have a friend with a copy lend it to you (the latest patch lets you play without the disk) to install it. You bought a legitimate copy (should have) and should have rights to do that. Sadly, that's all the help I can offer.

Could be a damaged CD, bad ram or HD in your system.
Fortunately, 2KGames has excellent tech support and will probably help you.
Contact them through their website, 2kgames.com and they may replace your
CD under warranty.
