Red Cross is supposed to add Medic I to all units produced in that city. Apparently, it meant all infantry units, because while my Mech Inf is getting it, my Modern Armor isn't.
mech infantry is an infantry unit not an armor unit and yea only some type of units get the medic..not sure what but surely not armor units (panzers, tanks and modern armors)
Yeah, armor and gunships can't take Medic, and more importantly can't take March. You could cheat around it by upgrading a cavalry to a gunship, which preserves the promotions. But no, this isn't a bug.
