Red Uniform Change

Hey, I've posted this on the bug reports before a couple weeks ago (so sorry if you have to read it again) but now I found some screenshots and reproducable steps. Its really easy for me to reproduce every game. Just play the game normally and get to the industrial era. Right after the pop-up for the industrial era occurs, my units just will change their fortified positions and then their uniform color will be red (like Japan). In this game I was playing as India. It has happened to me with a total of 8 out of 8 other civs so far.

The explaination is easy. You just got to the industrial era right? Well the uniforms must have got mixed with that pair or red socks in the newly invented washers

I just downloaded the patch (the second version.) This still didn't do anything to stop the problem. Does anyone have any ideas that could possibly fix this?
