The Exploration IPs will disappear and new Factory resources will be populated, so there may be lucrative spots that didn't look as good as before that will be newly open.
If they do a 4th Age it should probably not have any Settlers (maybe something like the American Prospector units where they just put an "outpost" on resources. Or something to found national Parks in the Wilderness between your cities.)
the architecture of the arch is vaguely mughalesque but intentionally ambiguous but the stepwells themselves are obviously just hindu temple stepwells, so it’s clear that for whatever reason they just didn’t know what to do for the unique infrastructure and gave one that didn’t have ANYTHING to do with the mughals themselves, and then made a weird acultural asset to make the stepwells “feel” more mughal.

Yeah it's a weird choice, and not the first UI/wonder they've fudged to make this three-era system work. Might be the worst one so far, though. It says a lot that they would have fit far better with the Maurya than the Mughals.
