From what I remembered in Civ V, if you are not happy with your initial decision on where the wonder should be built, you can cancel the order and restart in another city. Now in Civ VI, once it's placed, it occupy the tile and seem doesn't have an option to remove it (I have tried using a builder and replace it with a distract.)
I know I should have been more careful when choosing a location for the wonders, but I think it would be better if you are able change your mind at least in a few turns after you started it. What do you guys think?
