1. What should be the name of generic Renaissance era Light Cavalry ? Is Harquebusier (Seen use in Warfare Expanded mod series) a valid name?
If Harquebusier (or other swooping gunny cavalry, which French Royal Musketeers were belonged to that category) as light cavalry is valid. Should thus unit immune to Anticavalry malus when attacking either Anticav or 'Gunpowder'/Firepower/Infantry combined class?
If historically Harquebusier (and this included Swedes (or more correctly Finnish) Hakka Pellitas) are both swooping gun cavalry capable of shooting on horseback and later capable of close combat swordfightings. Under which combat situations did they shoot on horseback and under which did they charge home like heavy cavalry? I've read somewhere that they began as swooping mounted shooters but later (Since Gustav Adolf's great campaign that almost took Germany onwards, which he instructed harquebusiers to do both kinds of attacks due to the Swedes lack of resources to train proper Cuirassiers in the same number as Holy Roman Empire) trained to perform shock attack like cuirassiers as well.
And their graphical representations. Should they wear the same uniform and gear as English Parliamentarian Ironsides?
2. What should be the name of generic Renaissance era Heavy Cavalry ? Pistolier? Cuirassier? or what? (And if Cuirassier is chosen, then what's the name of Industrial Era Heavycav?)
