Does it ruin your reputation if you declare war with workers in your opponents territory?

Just a guess, but I'd say yes. It's a unit, after all.

Most of the time the AI give me a warning when i put a worker in their territory, but forget him in the one or two next turns, so i can continue to road a future square of mine.
