Request:ability to change AI build

When playing allied to AI (team option) AI will ALWAYS have first choice in buildings, which leads to have ALL wonders available and you none. I dont care about the wonders because it will affect you also (if permanent alliance) but what BOTHERS me is that huge CULTURE lead which your teamate will have upon you, all your borders cities will be eaten literally;



Anyone has an idea how to change AI's build into the editor? Just to make myself ones of those wonders, to prevent borders starvation.
