lol you should probobly suggest it to the mod owners before spamming every forum 
As I said in my mods thread there are a few things i would like out of realism mod if i could actually get a copy of the files. last time i checked every download link in that thread was dead.
As for a full merger of the 2 mods it wouldn't be possible, at least not completely. I have changed several of the same units they have so you would have to overwrite alot of it and then take time to balance it. Its alot of work for someone to do
