[REQUEST/IDEA] Event logging mod

I was wondering if there was a possibility of having a mod dump out a text file of every event that occured. Not as micro-level as recording movements of your units, but things like what did you build, at what turn. Who did you meet when... What pacts were signed etc.

Is this type of thing even supported with the tools?

Edit: The point of all this being to learn from my mistakes/or what went well.
