[RESOLVED - NOT BUG] City Screen not centering properly?

The City Screen does not seem to center on your city, it appears random.

I am wondering if others have the same issue in their games:

1. Enter the City Screen on any of your cities.
2. The camera begins wide so use your middle mouse button to zoom in.
3. The hex it focuses in on is not the City hex, which means many of the worked hexes go beyond the view of the screen. You are unable to scroll your view in the City Screen so wanting to see all your worked hexes prohibits you from zooming as much as you perhaps would like to.
4. Now, while in the City Screen hit the left or right arrows on either side of the City Name to go to your next city. Again, the hex chosen to center on is not consistently the City Hex, so the issue I described in “3” above remains.

I have scrolled through my cities, both left and right (from the City Screen) and the hex the City Screen focuses on, for the most part, seems totally random.

Is this a bug or is it just me?

Yep, that is what it is doing...I never made the connection. No, bug...it behaves correctly and perhaps can be useful now that I understand what it is doing.

Thanks

Somewhere there is an option to set the zoom out to ignore the cursor and focus on the center of the shot (sorry, don't recall exactly where ... interface or in the config file) ... did not see one to set the zoom in to ignore cursor.

Edit ... oh yeah, what WuphonsReach said ... now I recall it as an interface choice.

What I do is set cursor to the city tile before I wheel-zoom, and I set the option to ignore cursor on zoom out.

The need to move the bars for demands, and tile purchase to the upper corners, as that easily gets in the way zoomed in. Also I'd like to see those stupid coin heads removed (just useless clutter) and go back to the circles ... with yields and resources the city screen is busy enough, without the coin heads.
