A small note of warning if you like saving Civ VI games to the cloud.

It appears that clicking Resume Game grabs the last Autosave file on the local drive and NOT the one you designated for storage on the cloud. It makes sense as you may not be network connected and want to play your saved game. However, if you're always connected, Civ VI doesn't seem to look at the cloud for the game file. As you have to manually select Cloud in the Open Game window I suspect it doesn't check the cloud unless you tell it to.

By default, Autosave saves on every turn, so if you haven't changed the setting in Game Options then you'll probably be fine. I however, decided to save every 2nd turn (space saving, brain f**t, who knows) and that's when I discovered the issue. Every time I went to resume a game I thought was saved to the cloud I found myself redoing moves and making decisions I knew I'd already done.

So, a minor bug only if you change the default Autosave frequency and use the cloud.

Solutions:
- don't use the cloud option if you change Autosave to anything but 1/turn
- use Open Game instead of Resume Game to grab the saved game directly from the cloud
