Revolution Worldbuilder options

Would it be possible to add in some revolutions tools, like add/remove RevIdx to a city in the edit city tool? I guess this could be useful for debugging. What would really be cool about is is the scenarios the scenario modmakers could come up with, with such a tool, could make for some fantastic scenarios.

That would make me happy It would create some cool scenerio possibilities with just world builder.

Hmm ... probably. I think the world builder is just defined with a Python file and should be moddable, I'll look into it.
