Rhye's Civ 5 mod?

Does anyone know when Rhye is going to release his Mod for Civ 5? I really want to play it.. And does anyone know if he's going to add cultural diversity units to it too?

He has a developement thread somewhere in the modding forum for Civ 5, so it's definately on it's way. But I bet it's gonna be a while until it's ready..
