Observed behavior:
Under certain conditions, when an aquatic city moves it will lose the tile yields that the city tile normally grants. This loss appears to be permanent. I don't know the precise condition that triggers this loss, but my theory is that the loss is caused when a city moves off of a tile with a resource on it - either certain resources or any resource. Further testing is needed. Edit: The loss of the city's tile yield is caused by moving an aquatic city onto an alien unit.

Expected behavior:
An aquatic city's city tile yields should contribute to the output of the city under all circumstances, and if the tile yield changes as a result of the movement of the city then the game should make the necessary adjustments correctly.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Load the attached saved game.
2) Inspect the city (Deepcastle) and note that the yields of the city tile count toward the city's output, as expected.
3) End turn. The city will move. Now inspect the city and note that the yields of the city tile have changed (as expected) to reflect the new city location (ie, no longer over coral). Then note that the current yields (3:c5food:3:c5production:) are no longer counted toward the city's output, and that as a result the city is now starving.

Further steps to confirm that the cause is the dead alien:
1) Reload the attached saved game and change the move order for the city from the current tile (NW) to another valid tile.
2) End turn. If the city moved NE or E (or NW) then it killed an alien and the city's city tile yield is now broken. If the city moved SE or SW then it did not kill an alien and the city's city tile yield still works fine.
3) Repeat, choosing a different direction, as desired.

-------------

Fair warning: Ending turn on the attached save will kill an alien when the city moves. If you haven't yet earned the Steam achievement Ramming Speed, and you want to earn it yourself during your normal play, then you should let someone else test this bug.
