Does anyone know where I can find a standalone version of JFD's Rise to Power mod (before he bundled it with his other mods e.g. Cities in Development, Progress in Time, etc)? I'm willing to use an older version.
I'm using the latest version of the JFDLC, but would prefer to just use the Rise to Power functionality. However, when I disable the other mods in the user settings file (specifically those under CiD), I experience a lot of UI glitches with the city view and bugs with various other game systems.
I'm also running Vox Populi, but not the EUI. Disabling VP doesn't really help with the bugs, though. Thanks!
