Pellaken
The one and only.
I propose we all all this to the rules:
"Section I: Rule Changes
Point 1: Any citizen can propose rule changes
Point 2: Rules must be passed by 50% of votes cast in polls open for 3 days, so long as 10 people have voted. options are Yes, No, and Abstain.
Point 3: If a rule change has been defeated, it cannot be proposed again for 30 days
Point 4: Sections C,F,G&H can only be changed at election time. if they are voted on and passed before an election, that change dosent take effect untill the next term begins
Point 5: No moderator should have powers to close polls on rule changes, unless an great number have been proposed {5 or more preferbally} or unless they are obviousley useless."
the reason is simple, we should be able to change the rules when we feel the need. also, beyond that, I'd suggest that someone go through the rules as is and check for spelling errors, etc.
