Russia's floating army?

Not sure where else to put this, it's not a technical complaint by all means, it affects my game minutely and it was actually pretty hilarious. It seems Russia's longswordsmen and cattle have mastered the art of floating admist my empire?

I've had the same thing happen, where the same two tile resources were stuck in the bottom left, and they would move along with the screen wherever I went.

Yup, that was my problem. However, when I clicked on a unit in the unit list and it rapid 'transported' to that unit's location, it disappeared
