San Andreas - Quick questions

Is there a difference between the PC and PS2 version regarding the architecture of the LSPD? I have only played the PC version and have no problem finding the chopper.

I have landed on that roof and walked where that chopper is. In my game the chopper is not there.

Maybe it only is there sometimes?

Maybe it only show up later in the game, when I return to LS? (I am two missions from leaving LS.)

I have the PS2 version, your version are probably PC since you are able to take a screenshot. But which version shouldn't matter.

What is the name for that chopper? Hunter? Hydra?

I thinks it's named "Police Maverick" or something like that. Hunters are heavily armed military choppers (with both rockets and twin machine guns), and the Hydra is a jet, very similiar to a real life harrier.

If that is the chopper they use when I get 3 stars, it is armed. Armed..

But why is it not there in my game? Anyone with a Playstation found that chopper?

Maybe there's a police bribe I didn't know of, if this one does exist:

Vinewood - Underpass of the road that goes from south to north, starting at Verona Beach, going up through the Marina, then into Vinewood, then into Dillmore. Check your map to find it.
The quote is from www.gamefaqs.com/console/ps2/file/914983/33176, search tag "f. Police Bribe Locations".

Well I have checked the map and I have searched. :scan: The closest bribe I can find is that one in a backyard north of the tennis courts in Vinewood near the border to Richman.

An "underpass" should be under a bridge, or some sort of short tunnel right?

Edit,
Here's another source for a bribe in some "underpass". So it does probably exist somewhere.
