Saved Games

Where on my PC do I save a game downloaded from this site. I have tried my games/civ4/saves but the saved game isn't there,

For single player vanilla Civ 4 games try My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Saves\Single

For single player Beyond the Sword try My Games\Beyond the Sword\Saves\Single

There are other folders in the Saves folder for hotseat, PBEM, Pitboss games etc. Place the save in the appropriate folder.
