I just lost my savegame in Civ IV: Colonization due to savegame corruption.
Every time I try to load it it gives an error about compression and the game crashes
Back to the last autosave and losing a year of game progress...
Is there anything I could do to repair the savegame or at least to prevent or make less likely that kind of corruption?
