Saving?!

Hey I just started playing Civ IV and I was wondering how you save tutorials. Whenever I try to save it, it saves as a single player game and then when I try to load it, it isnt a tutorial anymore. So is there anyway to save it so you can continue the actual and not the single player?

I would recommend that you play through the tutorial part very quickly (it doesn't take more than 20-30 minutes). Then you can play the rest of the game like a normal game and save it.
Or you could skip the tutorial. It sucks.

You mean that the tutorial is just the starting point of the game??

I'm not sure if this works, but try loading the Tutorial-mod and then loading the saved game.

What oagersnap said. Play the tutorial throughh in one go, it's not that long. Then, if you like the game as it has developed so far, continue to play it as your first "regular" game.
