I am looking for some step-by-step process to create a full scenario. I am a programmer, but I have close to no experience with modding Civ VI (or any previous occurrence of the serie).
So here, I am looking for help to create a blank scenario (well outside of the scenario name).
I know, I could look for an existing scenario, but I would rather start with a minimal example that could be used by anyone in the community.
We can even make a github repository (or even a github organization) to store minimal working examples of different kinds (as the one in ModBuddy are just ... not working or absent).
Any volunteer to help me with this scenario minimal example?
