Scenario help

Let me start with im not a Modder. I can do a little XML and SQL editing. I created a scenario with World Builder. The scenario loads, but it does not apply VP settings to the map. It doesn't recognize any plot, settings, mapscript data etc that is applied to maps when launching a regular pick up game. How do I get the scenario to adhere to VP settings.

What do you mean?

If you install the mod as a modpack, directly into the DLC files, then it will load with the game.
Then, perhaps, it is still active when you load the scenario.
