Whenever I want to play a scenario on civ 4, it pops up and tells me that i have to restart the game to load the mod. no matter how many times i try this, i can never load the mod! what is the problem here?

How do you load the mod? The correct way is to go starting from the Main Menu, "Advanced"->"Load a Mod".

Ah ha! Thanks, that did it! For some reason i could never figure that out...I have had the game for years now and have yet to play a scenario!
