Hey,
I have been working on a Middle Ages scenario for quite sometime -- not a Mod, but a custom European map with pre-placed cities.
Anyway, my problem is that two civilizations, Askia (as the Moors) and Isabella (Spain) have a double score in the score menu, "Team 32" and "Team 45" respectively.
While the double score is no more than aesthetically unpleasant, what happens is while playing as these civilizations you will randomly be thrown into war (as if an AI is controlling your diplomacy) and, most annoyingly, peace.
Typically, peace will trigger within a few turns of war, in the left column, telling me that (as, say Spain) "Spain has signed a peace treaty with x civ."
I looked all over for a solution, tried completely removing and replacing the civs with brand new team settings and all, and double checked all city states and nations are on the correct teams and all is well.
It's only specifically for Askia and Isabella.
