SCENARIO?????

I know I know, the game is gonna unlock in 48 hours. BUT DO WE HAVE ANY INFO ABOUT SCENARIO YET? Is there even gonna be anyone on release? IMO scenario is a huge plus to the experience. It will be a shame if we don't have any this time around

I'd expect them to be in the first DLC wave. I wouldn't get my hopes up for vanilla scenarios, but I suppose it isn't impossible.

Yeah probably.... There is pretty much zero info about it on the internet right now. Did Civ 5 vanilla came with scenarios?

No. I dont believe it did, which is sad.

I totally agree! I enjoy that steam scenario soooo much. It is literally like a different game.

I haven't found any scenarios I particularly loved in V, but I do like the idea of scenarios. Here's hoping we get some nice scenarios in VI. I hope eventually we get the tools to create our own scenarios too, that would be pretty awesome.

I liked the New world deluxe and into the Renaissance. Into the Renaissance was great, especially returning after BNW to remember how much the game changed.

I haven't found any scenarios I particularly loved in V, but I do like the idea of scenarios. Here's hoping we get some nice scenarios in VI. I hope eventually we get the tools to create our own scenarios too, that would be pretty awesome.

I would love a scenario maker/editorfeature. I want to make my own scenarios, that was one of my favorite things about AoE 2. just another way to make civ that much more addictive.

There will be scenarios... later. That's my guess.
Personally I'm more interested in different leaders or improved mechanics.

I would be willing to bet that a scenario that bundles Alexander the Great as a leader for the Greeks, together with the Persians as a new civ will be released in 2017.

V did a nice job with the Fall of Rome and Mongol Invasions scenario. Those were pretty fun. Scenarios seem like a good sort of thing for DLC, though, because I'm going to want to play a lot of the base game before thinking about attempting them.
