Sustain: I dont care about the options and why the heck is the TC at 7:59?!?

Science should be polling atleast 2-3 techs ahead of time... not 1. The reason is because of trade - wheter we get it by trade, or the AI trading it around lowers the price "unexpectedly). I would like to see more "long term research" polls that go atleast 5 techs in advance, and would be good for that term.

i cant do that, i dont know what trade oppurtunities will be coming up, or if something unexpected happens, this is a big reason i want longer time between tcs

It's been done in previous demogames (just ask Strider). Make a queue of 5 techs or so to research, regardless if we trade for that tech or not. It's more like a, "If we get this tech, move right onto the next tech" type of thing.
