Harbors and Galleys are needed, but I want a library in Zojoji. We need books and learn-ed people in our city. I say Literature.

i agree the hopeful future science minister is gonna want a library in his home town
i say literature(u can see my preffered order in the nominations thread)

I agree with Literacy as we need libraries, but I no longer think that we should go for the GL as the benefits are greatly reduced. The GL would have been great had we made a mad dash for it right at the start, but not any more. Map making is another great tech we need very soon, imho even sooner.
