score drops to -326%

Hi people,

say hi to a newbie... I was playing my 5th game in Civ2 and my score drops from 325% to -326% all of a sudden at 1774 maybe my game got really big in terms of some variables and/or I need a patch

I'm attaching my save file, please just check the score, end the turn and re-check it...

any suggestions ?!...

Had this happen lots of times. Don't know specifically what causes it, but I suspect you are clocking the game score. I like to look on it as a super achievment to break the game this way.

it looks like a variable-overrun in the programm(bug!) but as a programmer I've never seen a variable with 651 as base value.
