Screenshot question

How do I make screenshots in civ2? Pressing the Print Screen button doesn't seem to to anything. Do I need some special screenshot program?

print screen then run paint or paint shop pro
edit/paste (as new image)

theres a real nice screenshot utility at download.com called ScreenPrintGold.
FULL featured freeware with no restrictions like a caption in the corner of pictures.Ability to capture in several different ways and can save to any format.Very nice little program.

HyperSnap DX 4 is what I normally use, because it easy to add the text at the same time, plus it has the full feature set of save formats and algorithms. I agree that the logos and such are unacceptable even in shareware .

Why alt??? If you just push prtsc it works too....or is this because you use a mac and I use windows-pc?

No I always use that combination in windows

You don't need to use alt, just push prtsc and you make a screenshot that can be pasted in paint.
