Hi all-

When taking a screenshot on my PB G4550, I automatically get a TIFF file dumped to the desktop, which cannot upload here. How do I change that? Can I change a preference to do that, or do I need to buy Graphic Converter or something?

You need an app like Photoshop to convert it into something else. ex: jpeg

BTW there are some cheaper app then photoshop that can do the same thing...

Trabpukcip , nice to see you on the boards! :) Busy, eh!

dcaint, graphic converter will do the job. But photoshop would be nice. I believe tiffs can be attached, but they need to be 100k or less. For uploads, tiffs can not be used. The only time you can add an attachment is when you post a thread or reply to a post.

Yeah- Photoshop would be nice..... so would a pony.

Looks like I better do some G-Converter hunting.

Do you have a scanner? If so, you can use whatever application it uses. For graphic converter, go to www.versiontracker.com ;)

GraphicConverter X 4.5.1 is more than worth it. If you can't afford $600 for the Photoshop, $35 to Lemke is a good, good cause.
You can download an operational trial version at Versiontracker.com.

EDIT: Dang, Dojo, you are the fastest keyboard in the west.
