SDK... Any news?

Will anyone be kind enough to inform me of any news about the coming SDK kit? will it be similar to the civconquestseditor.biq ?
Will it cost something, or will it be a free tool, downloadable on the official website?

Free download from the official website I heard. Similar to the Conquests editor? Well, not really... it's C++ code.

It's not an editor, and mosy likely won't include anything like an editor. Like Vael said, it's C++ code, the source of the game. It's for experienced programmers to change the way the game works.
